Fleur praised for their ‘beautiful’ affordable homes at Northshore Place

The official handover of our affordable homes at Northshore Place, Brancaster Staithe to Housing Trust, Flagship Group, recently took place and we are delighted by Flagship’s response to the quality of the 2 homes.  Fleur’s Construction Director, David Gluckstein, handed over the keys and gave a tour of the homes to representatives from Flagship, Steve Basten and Laura Shackcloth – who were both impressed by the high standard of finish to both properties.

Tony Tann, Managing Director of Flagship’s Development company said, ‘We are very pleased to acquire these two beautiful homes which are both designed and built by Fleur Homes.  They will provide much-needed good quality affordable housing in a stunning location.’

This reflects the fact that Fleur make no differentiation between affordable homes and Open Market homes in terms of exterior design, attention to detail and materials used –  which is entirely in keeping with the company’s values and design ethos.
