Fleur shortlisted for British Homes Awards 2022

Fleur Homes is delighted to announce that we’ve been shortlisted in the prestigious Development of the Year (up to 20 Homes) category in this year’s British Homes Awards for our development at Taverham Park Avenue.

The organisers said, “We had an amazing response to entries and the calibre of projects was exceptional, making the competition extremely tough, so huge congratulations on making it through to the shortlist.”

As an award-winning luxury home developer, Fleur Homes commissioned renowned and award-winning Norfolk architect Anthony Hudson to design six stunning, contemporary four-bedroom homes in the grounds of Taverham Hall School, near Norwich.

The six large homes are positioned behind generous front gardens and individual drives, with all plots enjoying large south-facing gardens that look out onto beautiful private woodland leading directly onto the river Wensum, these are truly exceptional homes.
