Fleur Homes are looking for potential residential development opportunities in Norfolk and Suffolk from as few as 2 to 100 plots and would consider land with or without planning consent. We can appraise your land to sell without obligation and with the opportunity to achieve a design ‘legacy’ many cannot.

We are entrepreneurial in our approach and can competitively acquire land under a variety of mechanisms including:

  • Joint Ventures which might include profit participation

  • Option Agreements

  • Conditional Contracts; and even

  • Company Acquisition
