Juliette Hopkins

Creative Director

As Creative Director, Juliette’s roles cover a broad range
including working with architects on the overall design and
layout of each project. Selection and specifying of all
interior products, co-ordination of the palette of exterior
materials on each project, creation of our show homes and
the overall landscaping vision. She is also responsible for
leading on the design input for Fleur’s branding, website,
advertising and all marketing brochures.

Joff Brooker

Executive Chairman

As Fleur’s Executive Chairman, Joff’s role is to oversee the strategy and growth of the company. He is also responsible for sales and income, raising finance and liaising with banks and investors. He works closely with our Land & Planning Director on new projects and opportunities.

DAVID GLUCKSTEIN

Managing Director

David is a highly experienced housing construction professional.  Having assisted in the development of the company in the capacity of both the Construction & Operations Director for some time, David has now taken over the day-to-day running of the business as Managing Director.

Working to develop, support and maintain an effective management team, and through the development of company policy and strategic plans, David continues to drive the company forward in this role.

Jamie Bird

Land and Planning Director

As Land and Planning Director, Jamie’s primary role is in identifying land for development and putting together the purchasing deal. Once a site is selected, Jamie is responsible for the planning application, conveyancing details and liaison with all interested parties; from local parish councils, borough councils and town traders. Jamie also negotiates 106 Agreements with relevant councils.

Hayley Humphrey

Office Manager and PA to the Managing Director

Hayley is the right hand to our Managing Director, David. As
his Personal Assistant she is involved in the day-to-day
organisation of the business as well as running an efficient
and well organised head office in Holt as our Office
Manager. Hayley is responsible for overseeing all office
administration.

Tom Gillard

Technical Coordinator

With over 35 years in the industry and previous experience acting as/within a senior management team, Tom’s role within the group as Technical Coordinator draws on a wealth of experience across both the residential and commercial sectors of the industry, utilising skill sets acquired, allowing the management of design partners, construction professionals and supply chain alike ensuring all work collaboratively to deliver a seamless scheme from concept through to construction.

Aidan Taylor

Pre-Development Manager

Aidan works within the Land & Planning team and brings to Fleur a wealth of experience in both Asset and Project Management.   As Pre-Development Manager, Aidan is involved in appraising land identified for development from a technical and legal perspective, together with the planning application process and competitive procurement of external consultants, sub-contractors and utility companies.

Adam Barnes

Design Manager

In his role as Design Manager, Adam is responsible for the delivery of design work flow throughout the various stages of a project. He has extensive experience in producing concept, detailed and technical designs and prior to joining Fleur, he worked on architectural schemes in a variety of sectors, including residential, educational, historical and commercial.

Robert Wilson

Architectural Technologist

In his role as Architectural Technologist, Rob’s role is to assist Adam and to produce the 3D BIM models, sketches, architectural drawings, visualisations and walk-throughs required for each stage of a project. He has experience in designing for both architecture and interior/furniture design and in a variety of sectors including residential, recreational, historical and commercial.

James Dafforn

Senior Quantity Surveyor

In his role as Senior Quantity Surveyor, James’ primary role is to oversee the surveying team to monitor and control costs throughout the entire construction stage to provide accurate cost information. His involvement in the subcontractor and materials procurement processes, along with reporting and forecasting procedures, enables control of the construction costs of each project. In turn, James is also able to provide budget and cash flow information for future projects

Megan Greenwood Mace

Assistant Quantity Surveyor

As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Megan is involved in assisting James Dafforn, in monitoring and controlling costs through the entire construction stage as well as providing cash flow information for future projects. Megan recently graduated with a distinction in her Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying at London Southbank University. Megan looks forward to continuing to develop and progress within the construction industry at Fleur Homes.

Steven Thompson

Quantity Surveyor

Coming from a residential and commercial background, Steve’s role as Quantity Surveyor sees him monitoring and controlling costs throughout the entire construction stage to provide accurate cost information. His experience in the subcontractor and materials procurement processes, along with reporting and forecasting skills, helps the QS team to drive projects and developments forward.

Stuart Gluckstein

Construction Manager

Stuart is a highly qualified and experienced construction professional. As our Construction Manager, Stuart is responsible for the construction team for all projects together with the surveyors, this includes design and developments, project planning and programming, as well as the vital management of Health & Safety.  Stuart also brings value to the pre-construction team when looking at future sites

Chris Cooper

Contracts Manager

Chris is an experienced Site Manager who has worked in the industry for 19 years. He is IOSH qualified, with an NVQ level 7 in Construction Management and ILM level 3 in Management. He has worked across Norfolk and Suffolk in the residential sector – on projects ranging from £1m to £20m. Prior to joining Fleur, Chris worked for 12 years in a Project Management and Site Manager role for a large regional developer and now joins us in the office managing extensive contracts.

Matt Cooper

Sales & Marketing Manager

Having been customer-facing for over 25 years, developing businesses, marketing in many sectors including property, Matt was an early adopter of digital marketing and has project-managed, designed and built several successful websites as well as conceiving, coordinating and pushing forward marketing strategies. Understanding the importance of customer excellence, nothing inspires Matt more than organising everything the team needs to ensure that every customer has the very best experience possible.

Gary Chivers

Customer Care and Quality Manager

Gary’s role is to supervise customer care to all our existing
home-owners, to ensure that the quality and aftercare
associated with Fleur remains at the highest level. He also
oversees quality control as Clerk of Works during the construction phase of each development, together with controlling the snagging
and de-snagging process prior to sale.

Clare Burrell

Accounts & Payroll Administrator

Clare is a part qualified Accountant, having passed AAT in 1993 at Barnfield College in Bedfordshire and has over 18 years experience. Following 6 years at Lex Accounting Centre, where she received her initial training, Clare has worked for various organisations including The Tannery in Holt, Norfolk Country Council and MBM Norfolk, where she supervised the accounts department for 5 years.

Lily Rowbotham

Office Administrator

Our office administrator, Lily is the first point of contact
answering phones and welcoming visitors at the Fleur head
office. Lily also provides vital assistance to our Directors in all
secretarial tasks, as well as helping our bookkeeper, surveyors
and site managers with administrative support on a daily
basis.

Adrian Clarke

Senior Site Manager

A highly experienced site manager working in construction for over 20 years. Adrian has a background in site engineering and he has worked on a diverse range of projects throughout the Eastern region utilising varied building technologies in both the commercial and high-end house building sector. Adrian’s most recent projects for Fleur included Lady Fishers Field, Risby, a collection of 21 houses and now six contemporary houses at our Park Avenue, Taverham development.

Senior Site Manager

Having worked exclusively in construction since leaving school, Frank has worked in site management for the last 36 years. With positions such as site manager, senior site manager, contracts manager and senior projects manager under his belt, Frank has a wealth of experience, covering residential and commercial projects in East Anglia using various construction technologies and methodologies.

Site Manager

Scott has been in construction management for over twenty years, successfully managing a range of projects across the region from high profile refurbishments to high-end housing schemes using both traditional construction methods and modern technologies with Passivhaus energy-efficient dwellings. Having recently completed Fleur’s  Kings Reach development in Brancaster Staithe, Scott is looking forward to being involved in Fleur’s upcoming projects.

Jevan Chivers

Assistant Site Manager

Having been an experienced carpenter for fourteen years, spending four of those as carpentry supervisor at Fleur’s Lady Fisher’s Field development in Risby, near Bury St. Edmunds, as well as Northshore Place in Brancaster Staithe, Jevan has a wealth of first-hand knowledge of the high standards Fleur is renowned for and helps to bring Fleur’s unique reputation and values of quality and luxury to the team. Jevan is now studying for his NVQ 6 which we are proud to be supporting him with.

Sean Corrigan

Site Labourer

Sean is an experienced Site Labourer, providing day to day assistance to the Site Manager and site construction teams.  Sean ensures the sites teams are supported and manages their requirements effortlessly.  Sean also holds up to date CSCS and SSSTS qualifications along with Telescopic Handler, First Aid, Fire Safety and other relevant certifications.

Richard Kettell

Site Labourer

Richard has experience on construction sites large and small. Qualified in Telehandling, Banksman and Vehicle Marshalling and holding a current CSCS card, Richard is an important member of the site team, assisting the Site Manager and site teams and bringing his skills and experience to Fleur’s latest projects and helping them to run smoothly and efficiently.
