With her creative background in this industry, Juliette maintains the image for Fleur Homes from top to bottom. She works with the Design and Marketing teams on-site and landscape layouts, internal and external materials choices, show houses and brochures along with all project and corporate branding.

Joff Brooker
Co-founder
Working closely with the Finance and the Land & Planning Directors, Joff helps to create new opportunities for our investors and funding partners. Through local knowledge, contacts and diligent searching, he is charged with securing ongoing development land and creating long-lasting profitable relationships and joint ventures.

Steven Thompson
Quantity Surveyor
Coming from a residential and commercial background, Steve’s role as Quantity Surveyor sees him monitoring and controlling costs throughout the entire construction stage to provide accurate cost information. His experience in the subcontractor and materials procurement processes, along with reporting and forecasting skills, helps the QS team to drive projects and developments forward.

Clare Burrell
Accounts & Payroll Administrator (part-time)
Clare is a part qualified Accountant, having passed AAT in 1993 at Barnfield College in Bedfordshire and has over 18 years experience. Following 6 years at Lex Accounting Centre, where she received her initial training, Clare has worked for various organisations including The Tannery in Holt, Norfolk Country Council and MBM Norfolk, where she supervised the accounts department for 5 years.

Scott Ray
Senior Site Manager
Scott has been in construction management for over twenty years, successfully managing a range of projects across the region from high profile refurbishments to high-end housing schemes using both traditional construction methods and modern technologies with Passivhaus energy-efficient dwellings. Having recently completed Fleur’s Kings Reach development in Brancaster Staithe, Scott is looking forward to being involved in Fleur’s upcoming projects.

Jevan Chivers
Site Manager
Having been an experienced carpenter for fifteen years, spending four of those as carpentry supervisor at Fleur’s Lady Fisher’s Field development in Risby, near Bury St. Edmunds, as well as Northshore Place in Brancaster Staithe, Jevan has a wealth of first-hand knowledge of the high standards Fleur is renowned for and helps to bring Fleur’s unique reputation and values of quality and luxury to the team. Jevan now holds his NVQ 6 as well as IOSH certification and is managing our site at Holt.

Richard Kettell
Site Labourer
Richard has experience on construction sites large and small. Qualified in Telehandling, Banksman and Vehicle Marshalling and holding a current CSCS card, Richard is an important member of the site team, assisting the Site Manager and site teams and bringing his skills and experience to Fleur’s latest projects and helping them to run smoothly and efficiently.
